Do you offer
discounts for multiple orders of poppies? We do offer discounts for multiple
orders of our poppies and all other products we sell, please contact us by email and request to speak to a
wholesale consultant.
If I send a money order,
how will I know my order made it to you? We suggest sending your
order using a method which provides you with a tracking number. We receive very
few reports of orders actually becoming lost, although we do get some orders
which take an unusually long time to arrive. If you send through UPS or Fed-Ex
Worldwide, you can track your package online. Upon receipt and processing of
your order, we send an order confirmation by email, which includes your order
tracking number.
What is your best
product? We do not typically recommend any one product over another.
Some customers like the hollandaise pods while other may prefer the giganthemums it all comes down to personal taste.
With this said, we do not offer any products for sale until we have thoroughly examined to insure a high
quality product.
How will the charge show up on
my credit card statement? It will show up in US dollars

How is my order
shipped? All items are shipped in plain brown boxes and envelopes.
We mail all orders via USPS shipping through which we guarantee delivery to all
states and countries.

to? We ship to every country.

if I am not happy with my poppies? We do what it takes to make you
happy and keep your business. Please let us know your thoughts after receiving your order.
How do I pay for my order? We
accept credit card, cash, money orders, checks and cashiers checks. If sending a money order please send via registered mail so that it
is insured and delivery can be confirmed. We can not be held responsible for
cash orders that are lost in the mail, so please, use check or money order.

It doesn't accept my credit card. How do I
order with my credit card ? From time to time some of our customers
experience difficulty in purchasing through the payment gateway. For full

How long does it take to receive an order? As
we ship all orders via USPS, it generally takes about five - seven business
days from the day we send your order. You may also upgrade your order to Next day delivery if you so choose.
Money orders take the same amount of time, starting from when we receive the
order.
What do your poppies look like? All the pictures
on the website are reflective of our current stock. What you see is what you
get.
Where do you ship to?
Our products are shipped just about everywhere. For overseas credit
card orders, we can only ship to the billing address of the card holder. For
